Ich habe mir den Artikel noch nicht ganz durchgelesen, er scheint aber das Übliche zu beinhalten: alles soll überwacht werden, die Daten natürlich nur zum Guten benutzt werden, nix wird missbraucht und Terrorismus ist bald Geschichte.
